THE CLANS

SHARKCLAN

Introduction.
These cats follow the warrior code as doctrine. And have strong pride and often large egos. They take great honor and high esteem from considering themselves as the noblest of the clans. Insult their honor and you'd get the claws. They're typically known as the clan who's most full of themselves. They're a clan who cares for appearance, keeping high prestige and maintaining the warrior code. Because of this they are half half on accepting outsiders. On one hand they must be honorable and help those in need , on the other they may tarnish their image and reputation. It's something they do by a case by case standard, it depends on the individual specifically.

Sharp rock outcroppings and small cliffs dotting their predominantly jungle and beach territory; they are revered for being able to climb even the most slippery or smooth surfaces. heir main camp is located inside and outside of a cave system on the very edge of the cliffs. These are the only cats strong enough and skilled enough to swim in the darkest deepest areas of the water around the main island where the sharks roam freely. They also showcase a very interesting type of training for diving. Something unique to solely their clan.

Territory. SharkClan's territory is dense and rocky. They make their dens in damp caves and alcoves. There is often a thick fog blanketing their territory. SharkClan has suffered repeated prey-stealings in the past, due to the fact that trespassers can come into the territory and leave unseen because of the fog. Because of this, they now catch a big chunk of their prey in the sea. SharkClan have two hunting tactics: walk into the shallow water and stay as still as possible until prey swims by, or to swim far out and dive for their prey. Diving is a honed skill in SharkClan, but it is never practiced without caution, as there are always threats swimming in the water nearby. Their dens are all hollowing-outs in caves, and the bedding used is shredded palm leaves. Their training place is a large, long, echoing cave, that, in a human example, might be compared to the size of a dining hall. It is promptly called "the training cave". Sharkclan also has the thickest parts of the jungle in their territory.

Hazards. When they are swimming, SharkClan have to watch out for sharks, barracudas, and piranhas. Otherwise, there isn't much to be afraid of, except the wild creatures living in the many caves, which may or may not be dangerous.

Prey. Large and small fish, shell fish, rats, seagulls, tropical birds, lizards, snakes.
